Why Prices Vary
Material Quality
The single biggest variable. Builder-grade vs. semi-custom vs. fully custom cabinetry alone can represent a $20,000–$50,000 difference in a kitchen.
Existing Conditions
What we find behind the walls matters. Water damage, outdated wiring, or structural issues discovered during demolition affect cost.
Scope Changes
Projects that expand in scope during construction cost more. Our detailed planning process is designed to minimize surprises.
Layout Changes
Moving walls, plumbing, or electrical significantly increases cost. Staying within the existing footprint is almost always more cost-effective.
Permit Complexity
Some municipalities have more complex permitting processes than others. We factor this into every estimate.
Timeline
Rush projects or projects requiring weekend work may carry premium pricing. Planning ahead typically saves money.
